Print off and use these handy Task Cards, which we give to you as a series of printable pdfs. They are for students who are not able to participate in the lesson and are designed to fit into a passport size plastic lanyard (not included).
The students can use them to perform a series of tasks whilst observing the lesson from the aspect of a Coach, a Journalist or an Official.

These can be event related or just for fun to get the
athletes ready to take part in the session. As with all activities the muscles to be used need to be warmed up and stretched.
During warm ups it is good to get the group involved in their own warm up from an early age. This may be in the form of leadership roles, allowing them to plan and deliver their own ideas.
